[Gate-users] Brachytherapy Example from GateContrib

Hello all,

First some parameters:

Relevant versions: gate_v8.0, geant4-10-03-patch-01, root_6.10

Very new to GATE, so I’m trying to get a grasp on how to build worlds in
macro files, and I’m having a problem with the brachytherapy example that
is located in the GateContrib git file under dosimetry. The exact location
is GateContrib/dosimetry/dosimetry/brachytherapy.

The *main.mac* macro compiles fine, but following the instructions on the
readme and attempting to compile the *mainRead.Phs.mac* macro leaves me
with the following error message:




*MetaImage: M_ReadElementsData: data not read completely          ideal =
31367800   :    actual = 133 GateVImageVolume.cc (l.386): The image
contains HU indices out of range of the HU range found in
data/ct-2mm-HU2mat.txt HU      min, max:  -1, 3001*




*Image min, max:   -1, 1.93688e+09 Abort. *Has anyone else experienced this
problem? Does anyone have a solution for this?
