Some questions that might help to pinpoint the issue:
- Are you running condor on a single machine or on a cluster?
- If you run on a cluster: is geant4 indeed installed on all nodes?
- Where/when do you run “source geant4.sh”, inside the job script or in the shell session before you submit the condor job?
- Does your condor submit file contain a line that starts with “getenv =”?

Dear Gate-users,

I try to run a simulation using HTCondor but i get this error :
condor_exec.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libG4Tree.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The  libG4Tree.so is in my geant4.10.03-install/lib/
and i source geant4.sh

I do not see where the error comes from.
