Dear Mery,
Yes, you can do it with GATE by using (for example) the QGSP_BIC_HP
physics list.
Photon energy as to be higher than the photonuclear threshold (about 7
MeV for most of the materials, even lower for some like Berylium).
Be aware that materials in GATE are only defined using the natural
isotopic composition.
So you cannot select a specific isotope for a given material (this
problem can affect the neutron production because photo-nuclear
cross-section depends on isotope definition).
