[Gate-users] Energy deposition

Dear all,
I have two question.
1- Is it possible to calculate the total deposited dose or energy
deposition in total volume a cylindrical predefined volume such as
cylindrical waterbox phantom?


2- Why in some cases the sum of numbers (matrix arrays) in the
"MyOutputFile.txt"  is not equal when the "setResolution" numbers were
changed?

/gate/actor/addActor DoseActor             MyActor
/gate/actor/MyActor/save                  MyOutputFile.txt
/gate/actor/MyActor/attachTo              MyVolume
/gate/actor/MyActor/stepHitType           random
/gate/actor/MyActor/setSize               5 5 5 m
/gate/actor/MyActor/setResolution         1 1 3000
