Dear Manh Cam,

Before hacking by hand the installation scripts, please verify that your environment is correctly set when you build your application (It is missing a letter “t"  …/gean”t"4make/… )or example (i.e.- G4INSTALL and G4SYSTEM must be set in your environment). If you used the Configure script to install the G4 libraries, you should source env.csh (or env.sh) generated scripts -before- start
using Geant4.

bash: /home/manhcam0510/geant4/geant4.10.01.p03-install/share/Geant4-10.1.3/geant4make/geant4make.sh: No such file or directory

Try that:
1 -  Type it (new terminal): gedit ~/.bashrc
2 - In the end of file typing it:

source /home/manhcam0510/geant4/geant4.10.01.p03-install/share/Geant4-10.1.3/geant4make/geant4make.sh
source /home/manhcam0510/geant4/geant4.10.01.p03-install/bin/geant4sh

3 - Save and try to run again.

I think I have a problem somewhat like Mr. Paulo's problem. When I try to run the example B1 on geant4, there is an error:

though I check it carefully that the directory and the file are right there. I don't know how to fix it, so I run "make" anyway, then I have a problem quite similar to Mr. Paulo's problem. Only in my case, the file is binmake.gmk. The errors are in the screenshot image attached with this email

Can somebody show me how to fix it?? And if you can, please show it clearly because I'm a beginner on Gate. I'll be very grateful. And since I'm a beginner, please pardon me if I ask something silly.

Thanks for the quick answer. I had updated my environment variable files only with the following command line:
“source usr/local/geant4/geant4.10.02-instal/bin/geant4.sh” But now, everything is OK!

For me I put in my .bashrc a line: "source /usr/local/share/Geant4-10.2.2/geant4make/geant4make.sh"

Then for me $G4INSTALL is set to /usr/local/share/Geant4-10.2.2/geant4make .
Then when you "make", the program (GNUmakefile, in the .../example/basic/B1 directory) will use any *.gmk found in $G4INSTALL/config :

It was first time that I got this kind of problem with this configuration (dual boot). So can somebody tell me what is wrong?
