[Gate-users] Errors while running cylindricalPET example

Dear GATE users,

I want to simulate a PET acquisition and I'm in the very beginning.
I used the CylindricalPET example and I modified it. Up to now I've
modified geometry of the system following my PET's technical data.
What I want to do now is to run DAQ and reconstruct the PET image (I have a
simple cubic phantom), and I have some questions.

- I have some errors that I do not understand (I've attached a file, with
the errors in *bold*) related to physics, I think, but I've used the
example .mac file, and it should  work.

-In order to reconstruct the PET image of the phantom, which output file
should I use? In the beginning I thought that the sinogram output could be
the best (in order to rebuild the data with MATLAB to have the image) but
this output is only for the ecat system (acording to userguide)
