[Gate-users] how to get the XCAT output into GATE.

Someone can tell me if there's a more effective method, but this is what I
prefer.
I will load the bin file into matlab and save it as an analyze image using
this toolbox (
https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/8797-tools-for-nifti-and-analyze-image
).
I will then read it into GATE as described

If you don't have matlab, you should be able to do something similar using
ImageJ
