Dear all,

For my current research project I’m working on internal dosimetry. For this, I downloaded the example file from the GATE main page, which is called “Internal dosimetry for preclinical applications”. In this example, a simulation is available, which uses an .iff/.img of a mouse as input. The output of the simulation is either a .hdr/.img or .mhd/.raw combination.

As I am interested in the resulting dose per specified VOI, the attached ImageJ plugin should be very helpful. However, the plugin fails when it is run. The message which is presented reads:

Image not found in line 55.

ImageCalculator (“Multiply create stack”,”M”,”mouse_bin” + i + <“.img”>);

Is there anybody in this mailing list who also encountered this problem? Or is there anyone who has a different method for calculating the resulting dose per VOI, maybe as a Python script?

Thank you very much for your time.

Best,
