[Gate-users] Dose Collection - attachVoxelPhantomSD gives no results

Dear all,

I finally got my simulation with a voxilized phantom and source working correctly. However, when I now try to collect the absorbed dose, with the attachVoxelPhantomSD command, I don’t get any results. The bin file is not created. 

In the manual, the attachVoxelPhantomSD command is used in combination with a parametrizedBoxMatrix phantom, where my phantom is created as a ImageNestedParametrizedVolume.

Does anyone know how to collect the dose for this type of phantom?
