What I understand in your error, is that sdk directory is not where it supposes to be for GATE. So "make" cannot find it for the compilation. If you install it as I said, "make" will find it and GATE will be installed correctly.
If not, maybe is a fault because of your GPU. What is the GPU you are using?

To install cuda, (before installing root, geant4, gate) use these commands:
sudo wget -U Mozilla/5.0 http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu1604/x86_64/cuda-repo-ubuntu1604_8.0.44-1_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i cuda-repo-ubuntu1604_8.0.44-1_amd64.deb
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cuda
sudo apt-get upgrade

I am trying to use GPU computing in GATE, following this instruction: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Cuda. I installed CUDA toolkit 8.0 instead.
While doing the compilation of SDK, after the command "LINKFLAGS=-L/usr/lib/nvidia-375/ make cuda-install=/opt/cuda", I got the errors as the attached screen-shot shows. By the way, "没有那个文件或目录" means "no such file or directory".
Could anyone help me to fix it, please?
