Dear Merisa

You need to provide much more info for people to be able to help you.

What version of Gate, what version of STIR, what version of Gatepet2STIR? What system, what macro. Did you check you actually had any coincidence counts in your root file? Did you check if there are any counts in the output sinograms (see the STIR Wiki how to do this).

By the way, you are probably better off using the recently added ROOT support in STIR directly (http://github.com/UCL/STIR) but before going that way, you need to do a lot of checks.

Subject: [Gate-users] sending file from vGate to vSTIR

Hi
I used Gate to simulate an ECAT system and I used the mac and root file to create .hs file by using Gatepet2STIR. But when I send file to virtual STIR and run a FBP reconstruction I get blank image. I used the example of Gate too and the result was the same. would you help me to find the problem please.
