Hi Zeinab Telkani,

not quite sure what you mean exactly by asking “…pilot the point spread function by
using root output “.
Do you want to set the spacial blurring or do you want to determine / calculate it
by fitting the respective distributions filled during the GATE-simulation?

How to evaluate or visualise results from the GATE-simulation is also shown in
the various benchmarks, which comes with the GATE software.
