[Gate-users] Metaimage (.mhd/.raw) as voxilized source

Hello,

it should work with mhd. Try with very simple voxelized source (all voxel
equal to 1, no translation, e+, iso, mono energy, intensity 1, fixe nb of
particle etc), and successively try to increase complexity.
