[Gate-users] Geant4 kernel is not Init state.

Dear all
I compiled Gate 8.0 in Ubuntu 16.04 without Ecat, LMF and ITK.
Gate benchmark run correctly.
But i have some warning as in following:
Warning : Geant4 kernel is not Init state : Assuming Init state.
Current application state is Idle.

And
WARNING from G4PenelopeComptonModel
Atomic de-excitation module is not instantiated, so there will not be
any fluorescence/Auger emission.
Please make sure this is intended

Is there any problem in running the example?
