[Gate-users] merge mhd files

Hi,
There is a binary along VV that does it for two images, clitkCatImage
<https://github.com/open-vv/vv/blob/master/tools/clitkCatImage.cxx>. You
can put it in a bash loop to do several. If you don't have a compiled
version of VV / clitk, you can easily do the same thing with SimpleITK
<http://www.simpleitk.org/> in Python.
