Hello,
Did you define your phantom and  detector system as a sensitive phantom and sensitive detector respectively? Maybe it is the reason why your simulation don't recover the particles histories. hello Gate users
I have a problem in Gate root out put. I am working on PET and wrote my codes and it is true. but after simulation that I want to look at the outputs by root TBrowser b  it is empty. I tried the examples those are exists in Gate but for them also the root output was empty. I have tried CT example also but it was same, here I attached the root output. I am using gate_v6.2 and by win 10 that in virtualbox I am simulating in Linux. if anyone know that how can I fix this please let me know. I appreciate any advise
