[Gate-users] Voxelized Phantom and FixedForcedDetection actor

Hi Simon,

I found out what the problem was: The voxelized phantom was too big and 
even cut the detector. I exported a numpy array with a pixelsize of 100 
micrometer, but in the .mhd file it was per default set to 1mm, so I had 
to change that manually afterwards.
