[Gate-users] Voxelized Phantom and FixedForcedDetection actor

Hey everyone,

I tried to use my own voxelized phantom (dimension 384x32x384) together 
with the FixedForcedDetection actor (detector dimension 384x12) and my 
macros are similar build as in the example-folder 
/example_CT/fixedForcedDetectionCT/mac/. /For the creation of the 
voxelized phantom I first created the desired numpy array and exported 
it with SimpleITK using the /sitk.WriteImage(img, 'path/name.mhd')/ command.

When I run the simulation now, I get the following errors:

*Photon Energy outside the Response Detector list**
**WARNING - Attempt to delete the physical volume store while geometry 
closed ! **
*

**** Break *** segmentation violation**
***** Error in `Gate': corrupted double-linked list: 0x0000000003618370 ****

What could be wrong?
