Hi Lorena,
What do you want to measure experimentally ? Absorbed dose ?
In this case, first you could choose a physical phantom allowing your experimental measurements, then CT-scan it, and finally use the CT-scan data as voxelized phantom in GATE for your simulations.

Hi Gaters,
I'm doing a simulation about voxelized organ and my idea would be to compare the simulated organ with experimental measurements.
Do you know if you could do?
The problem is that if I use a Hoffmann phantom would be very dfficult to compare then with any experimental measure.
What do you think you about this?
