Hi Gaters,
Sorry for so many questions.
I send you this code to find out if it could be well.
I'm doing the simulation of image quality according to NEMA says.
My big problem is knowing activity values that have to put in the spheres and background to reconstruct the image.
As hot lesions i have: 10, 13, 17 and 22 mm spheres, then, their areas respectively will be: 0.523, 1.150, 2.572 and 5.575 cc.
According to NEMA NU 2-2007, the hot lesions shall be filled with a concentration of N times that of the background. 
Therefore, for N = 8, i have: A-sphere = (1/8).A-background = (1/8).5,3 kBq/cc= 0,6625 kBq/cc.
For 10mm sphere, i will have: A-sphere = 0,6625 kBq/cc . 0,523cc = 0,346 kBq. 
Is this correct?? But, the concentration of background??
