[Gate-users] Partially replacing volume

Dear all,
I want to simulate a phantom which has small air-filled cylinder inside
uniform region (e.g., NEMA NU-4 IQ phantom)
(Air-filled cylinder is not on the axis of cylindrical uniform region, and
length is smaller than uniform region.)
Forbidding 'source' is possible but not 'volume', so non-radioactive water
cold region is possible but not air.
Also I found that volume must not overlap in GATE system, so I cannot
re-define air region inside uniform region(water).
Is there any experience or way to partially replace volume so that
air-filled region can be placed inside water-filled one?
Best regards,
Seungeun Lee.
