[Gate-users] Voxelized Phantom

Dears All,

I hope you are well. I am a new user of Gate working on PhD project  (charged particles for radiotherapy application). There are many useful examples in Gate (many thanks for this) and I have some questions in this regards as follows:

1- If I have a 30*30*30 water box phantom, I want to calculate PDD and dose profile what is the best choice to voxelize it? Is NPV technique suitable here for the whole phantom voxelization?

2- How can I run a simulation with 4 beam (box technique) with different beam directions on the box? 

3- After finishing voxelization and running the simulation, how can I calculate the the dose (Gy/mass) or Gy/voxel?

I would be grateful for any help.
