[Gate-users] how can I apply TOF information on images

I don't think any of the built-in methods for exporting sinograms or list mode data include TOF information. The time of each single is stored for the coincidences in the root output, so the TOF list mode or sinogram data can be extracted, but it requires writing a root script to convert the root data to the output format you want.
