Hi Pierre,
As the TLE is very similar to the classical doseActor, I can only suppose
that the problem comes from the energy absorption coefficients.
But before, what is the result with a classical doseActor ? Can you show us
the macro concerning the actors ?
As far as I know, the */gate/geometry/update* command should only be called
in the graphical interface (QT for example) in order to refresh the
geometry after a modification.
Is anyone can confirm this ?
Concerning the resolution of the seTLE actor, your results are totally
normal ! The seTLE resolution and voxel size are directly extracted from
your attached volume.
This is due to the use of raytracing in the seTLE method that needs a dose
grid corresponding to this volume.
At this moment, the only way to change the resolution or/and voxel size is
to resample your volume.
Best regards,
François
