No schedule to use G4MTRunManager because it seems it will imply a lot of
code changes to correctly take care of all actors and output, while it is
already "easy" to use Gate with multiple cpus. The effort/reward ratio
seems to be bad but if someone want to make a trial, (s)he is welcome ...
