Hey,

My system configuration is as follows:
Memory: 31.3 GiB
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz × 8
Graphics: Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe (LLVM 0x300)
OS type: 64-bit

When I run GATE simulation for CT machine, it uses only one cpu out of
8. I installed gjs and gjm for cluster computing as explained in the
GATE user guide.
After running "gjs -n 5 -c openmosix
~/Simulation_Code/benchmarkCT.mac". Following files were created in
./Gate folder:
benchmarkCT1.mac, benchmarkCT2.mac, benchmarkCT3.mac,
benchmarkCT4.mac, benchmarkCT5.mac and benchmarkCT.split
Also, "benchmarkCT.submit" file was created in Simulation_Code folder.
Now, I need help to run the .submit file and to create multiple root
files in ./Gate folder so that they can be merged.
How to proceed further? This part is not explained very well in the user guide.

Thanks
Ayush M
