As far as I know, no.
But you should be able to figure out most of the parameters. For example, rsectors is just another term for detector block and the value is not even used in the binning code.
The number of sinogram bins is trickier. If you’re modelling a real-life scanner, you should probably use the number of sinogram bins the scanner uses in real-life. Ask around for that parameter. I suggest you let the offset angle to 0. If you know the offset angle for the scanner, then you can manually rotate your images after reconstruction with STIR. I found that approach to be less error prone.
Also, version 1.1 of the binning code was posted on the mailing list by JJM Kouwenberg a couple of weeks ago. I’m attaching it to this email. You may want to use that version instead (it’s a bit cleaned up).
