[Gate-users] GATE 7.0 Installation

Hello,

warning guys :
- the release 7.0 version is only valid with G4 9.6
- the develop version that can be accessed via the develop branch of the
git is presently only valid for G4 10.0
- the future 7.1 release will be probably be valid with G4 10.1
Please only use the correct version.

Side note : from the develop version, you dont need to install CLHEP, you
can use the one delivered with G4 (10.0).
