[Gate-users] GATE 7.0 Installation

Dear Hojjat

I just used Kubuntu's 14.04 gcc/g++ defaults (gcc version 4.8.2
(Ubuntu 4.8.2-19ubuntu1) ). I don't know if it works for other
systems/combinations/etc but in my system it runs faster.
