[Gate-users] Rotate the source position

Hi Gate users,

I am using Gate v6.2.
I want to place a line source along *the x-axis*. (By default, a line source is placed along the z-axis.)
Could someone help me how to do it?

I am a bit confused, because a year ago when I rotated the phantom (a line) to place it along the x-axis,

/gate/Phantom1/placement/setRotationAxis 0 1 0
/gate/Phantom1/placement/setRotationAngle 90 deg

and attached the source to Phantom1,

/gate/source/SourceConfinement/attachTo Phantom1

then I could see the trajectories coming from the line source which was along the x-axis.

But now when I run the same code, the trajectories are coming from the line which is along the z-axis. (default line source position)
I know that there is a limitation to view the source which is rotated, But is it the same for the trajectories?

Best regards,

Sonoko
