[Gate-users] FWHM measurement in GATE

Hi Tasneem,

Sure it is. Just look at any reference that evaluates a PET or SPECT scanner to see how they went around to measure the FWHM in Gate. For example, look at:

C.R. Schmidtlein, A. Kirov, and S.A. Nehmeh, “Validation of GATE Monte Carlo simulations of the GE Advance/Discovery LS PET scanners,” Med. Phys. 33(1), 198–208 (2006).

Cheers,
Marc

Dear GATE users,

Is it possible to measure FWHM for SPECT/PET systems directly in GATE from root file or any other type of file?
Please suggest me.

Thanks,
Tasneem
