Hi there,

if you open the main mac file you will see that in many cases when the  
code tries to execute another macro file, it looks for it in the mac  
directory, for example it may say

/gate/control/execute     mac/visu.mac

At that point the program searches for the folder "mac" first and then  
the file "visu.mac".
But when running the main macro file from inside the "mac" folder, the  
program now searches for a folder that isn't there. ie it looks for a  
folder named "mac" inside the "mac" folder. So you must eather change  
your code or move your main macro file so that is runs from a folder  
that contains the "mac" folder.

In general, check the code of your main macro file and see if all  
necessary macro files are present and then check the folders from  
where the program will look for them.
