[Gate-users] About EduGATE_October2014 installation with GATE V62

Hi Wugc,

I compared your file with mine add both are identical. Also, I ran
the example with 6.2 and 7.0, and both versions work flawless
on my system.
Did you experience similar problems with any of the other from
the EduGATE examples?

What you could do is that you replace line 138, which currently is

char al[50];
by for example:
char al[80];
which would allow the item to be longer than 50 characters namely 80.
Please try this and let me know, whether this works.
It is not related to GATE, but might be related to some conflicts in
the ROOT-version you are using.

Hi Wuguocheng,

the file Gamma_Camera.txt simply contains the description of the items
in the menu to select from and if one of these items is to long an error such like you
found can occur. If you send me the Gamma_Camera.txt, I can check it.

Also, you can now find more examples for EduGATE, which are also tested and
newly developed for Gate_v7.0. See under:
http://www.opengatecollaboration.org/EduGATE
