Dear David,

I've tried different physics lists: emstandard_opt3, QGSP_BERT_EMV, 
physics list for application with carbon beam 
<http://www.opengatecollaboration.org/sites/opengatecollaboration.org/files/Physics_List_for_Carbontherapy_applications.pdf>.
GATE 7.0 works fine with proton and C11, i didn't tested it in previous 
versions though.
