[Gate-users] About how to set energytype

Hi,

There is no pre-defined energy type for sodium-22. You need to use the ion source type. For example:

/gate/source/addSource Na22

/gate/source/Na22/gps/particle ion
/gate/source/Na22/gps/ion 11 22 0 0
/gate/source/Na22/setActivity 3. muCi
/gate/source/Na22/setForcedUnstableFlag true
/gate/source/Na22/useDefaultHalfLife

/gate/source/Na22/gps/type Volume
/gate/source/Na22/gps/shape Sphere
/gate/source/Na22/gps/radius 0.25 mm


You also need to activate the radioactive decay process in your physics list:

/gate/physics/addProcess RadioactiveDecay
