Thanks Seb.

Follow up question. When using the 16 bit image and running a sim to
calculate dose I get an error "can't not open file" (I can't remember the
exact wording, i'm at home) when writing the output dose image. Is this a
memory issue when using 16 bit and a 65 million voxel phantom?

I'll send the exact error when back at work tomorrow morning.
