Use one line for select a phys list :

/gate/physics/addPhysicsList QGSP_BERT_EMV

See the list of available phys-list in the wiki or in search in Geant4
documentation.

Cuts can be set as usual :


/gate/physics/Electron/SetCutInRegion   patient 1 mm

etc ...
