To Whom it May Concern,
I have been attempting to insert a rectangular phantom (test_phantom) into a cylindrical PET system, in order to more closely model the experiment we conducted.
I edited the benchPET.mac macro in the benchmark/benchPET directory so that instead of inserting a cylindrical phantom, I insert a box. I correspondingly changed the physics.mac and phantom.mac macros that are called from the benchPET.mac macro.
Unfortunately, the program does not run. I crashes with an error 'The region 'test_phantom' does not exist' (l.623) in src/GatePhysicsList.cc.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Lars Ewell
