Dear Gate users,
Hi
I have just started to use GPU supported GATE 7.0 and have some problems
that I don't know how to solve them.
Here are my problems.
1. I tried to move or rotate the voxelized phantom in the main-gpu.mac or
main-cpu.mac of CT example.
But, only outer box (I don't know what it is) was moved or rotated.
(please attached the files)
I just chaged bellow scripts in the macro file.
setTranslation
/gate/patient/placement/setTranslation 100 0 0 mm
setRotation
/gate/patient/placement/setRotationAxis 1 0 0
/gate/patient/placement/setRotationAngle 90 deg
Any other idea may able to help me?
2. For using the GPU mode, I think we have to use the
imageNestedParaeterisedVolume method(or other 2 image insert methods) for
GPUTransTomoActor and to use the interfile reader method for GPUEmisTomo.
Is this right? Can't I use the interfile reader method for
GPUTransTomoActor ? or on the contrary.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
HUH
