[Gate-users] Problems with XCAT LV perfusion defect

Hello Gate-users,

I'm trying to use XCAT to simulate voxelized activity phantoms of just the LV perfusion defect. Due to the introduction, if I want to place the perfusion defect in the phantoms, it should subtract the corresponding lesion activity images from the phantom activity images. This basically subtracts activity from the phantom images to create the lesion.  

But I have no idea to subtracts activity from the phantom activity images in the Gate voxelized phantoms simulation, can anyone give me some help.
