Gate 6.2 doesn't work with Geant4 10.0 yet. You need to install Geant4
9.5 (or 9.6; I'm not sure if 6.2 works with 9.6, but the "develop"
branch works). Just install Geant4 to your home folder or to an
arbitrary other location, there is no need to uninstall Geant4 10.0.

Just change the "Geant4_DIR" variable to point to location where you
installed Geant4 when you run ccmake. The variable should point to
something like
     ${where-you-installed-geant4}/lib/Geant4-9.5.2
