[Gate-users] phase space error

Hello,

we have had some troubles with AIEA phase-space (well explained by Stathis
some times ago if I remember well), but sorry we currently have no
ressource to investigate this issue. It probably need thorough
investigations. If you can provide insights and propose modifications, we
will be happy to integrate them into the code (in that case, start a new
branch from the develop branch of the git repository).
