[Gate-users] GateGemetryVoxelInterfileReader and Transferring Voxel reader to number of voxels in GATE6.2

Dear GATE users,

I have one problem of VoxelizedPhantom.mac and VoxelizedSource.mac.

I have simulated the voxelized phantom in GATE6.1 and then there was no
problem.
I got its results with root format.


After I upgraded into GATE6.2, I got the problem as following:

1) GateGemetryVoxelInterfileReader::ReadFile: WARNING: voxel not added
(material translation not found): value: xxxx

When  Phantom was attached to the interfileReader Geometry Voxel Reader,
GateGemetryVoxelInterfileReader::ReadFile: WARNING: voxel not added
(material translation not found): value: 46595
GateGemetryVoxelInterfileReader::ReadFile: WARNING: voxel not added
(material translation not found): value:: 51459
GateGemetryVoxelInterfileReader::ReadFile: WARNING: voxel not added
(material translation not found): value:: 44291
GateGemetryVoxelInterfileReader::ReadFile: WARNING: voxel not added
(material translation not found): value:: 14595
...................................



 Actually the data were not included more than   10E+4.
Howver, warning message appeared.

Therefore, I changed VoxelizedPhantom.mac.

It seems that material translation has some problem.

2) Transferring Voxel reader to number of voxels
After I changed VoxelizedPhantom.mac, the above message was disappeared.

However, the phantom was not attached to  the interfileReader Source Voxel
Reader.


In GATE6.1

I really appreciate if you let me know how to fix it in GATE6.2.
