[Gate-users] i have a problem with the gate

 Hello
 this is the first time that i use the gate
 i tried many times to install the gate on my laptop but i could not 
the operating system of my device is ubuntu12.04LTS
is this operating system appropriate to complete the installation process?
is it  necessary to change the operating system ?
Plz, can someone explain to me why the installation process dose not complete?
