[Gate-users] Problems in visualization

Hi users,I've just started using gate, and I followed the passages described in the user guide to understand how it works (http://www.opengatecollaboration.org/UsersGuide), but I've already encountered a problem. I can see the world (figure 1 of the guide), but when I create the first daughter (the cylinder) I can't see it on the screen. I wrote the lines found on the guide:

/vis/viewer/zoom 3


No error lines appeared, but nothing happened on the figure window. Am I missing a code line? Or the problem is the installation, and something isn't running properly?
