[Gate-users] GATE meeting at the 2013 IEEE MIC

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce a GATE special event that will be held during the upcoming IEEE Medical Imaging Conference in Seoul next week. A GATE user's meeting will take place on Thursday, October 31st, from 12;10 to 13:20, in Grand Ballroom 101 & 102.

The program of the meeting will be as follows:
- 12:10 : General presentation of GATE and preview of GATE V7 (I. Buvat)
- 12:20 : Using GATE for optical imaging simulations (A. Dubois)
- 12:35 : Using GATE for radiation therapy applications (D. Schaart)
- 12:50 : Running GATE on GPU (D. Visvikis)
- Discussion with users

This event is free and anyone can attend. If you plan to attend, please send an email to dubois at imnc.in2p3.fr for registration with your name and institute. Free lunch will be provided for those first to reserve.
