Dear Ahmed,
Jefferson is right, a SOBP is simply a collection of Pristine Bragg peaks.
First you have to simulate a set depth-doses, with an energy step of a few
MeV in between each energy (1 or 2 mm steps in range for instance between 2
peaks).
Then you have to sum the peaks with different weight in order to build a
flat SOBP.
