[Gate-users] Help with gate 6.2 optical simulation

Dear Leo,

I went through your code. I think I found a fix.

If you look at:
http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Users_Guide_V6.2:Generating_and_tracking_optical_photons#Detection_of_optical_photons

You'll see that "The hits generated by the detection of the optical photons
are generated in the volume from which the optical photons reached the
surface. This volume should therefore be a sensitive detector."

What you define as myLSOcrystal in your geometry should therefore be a
sensitive detector (connected to your digitizer, i.e CrystalSD). Just
replace:

/gate/myLSOcrystal/attachPhantomSD    by
/gate/myLSOcrystal/attachCrystalSD

I tested the new code and it worked.
