[Gate-users] Source initialization /Acquisition time/setTotalNumberOfPrimaries

hi,
   I build  the simulation of  radiotherapy , I am not sure the relation between  "setTotalNumberOfPrimaries" and "acquisition time/ number of run ".  The following  are partly output that I do the simulation by adding  phs.root to the source,

>>[Acquisition-0] Slice 0 from 0 to 1 s [slice=1 s], final stop at 1 s.


   As above, Is the acquisition time of particle(photon from phs.root) one second in a run by default?
I set macro sentence of "start of Beam" as below :

/gate/random/setEngineSeed auto
/gate/application/noGlobalOutput
/gate/application/setTotalNumberOfPrimaries 1600000

/gate/application/start

   Can any one know these parameters clearly?
