Hi Chenze.
At the page:
http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Users_Guide:Digitizer_and_re
adout_parameters
You will find:
To change the default value of the minimum sector difference for valid
coincidences (the default value is 2), the command line should be used:
/gate/digitizer/Coincidences/minSectorDifference <number>
I understand that you have only the two detectors facing each other, so to
get some coincidences you should put for your coincidence sorter
(Coincidences or any other that you create)
/gate/digitizer/Coincidences/minSectorDifference 1
When executing your macro, have a look at what value of
/gate/digitizer/Coincidences/minSectorDifference you have in your
simulation.
Kind regards
Marcin Balcerzyk

Hi,
I am trying to simulate the detetor with dual head geometry,
so i modify the PET_Cylindrical_System macro nothing but the repeat
number of ring from 4 to 2.
But someting strange happens, when using "4", everything seems ok, the
coincidence tree had data in it,
when using "2", the coincidence tree is empty, seems nothing filled
into the coincidence tree.
But it should behave that way. Can anyone give me some advice?
regards,
